How does Chanchito read my expenses on WhatsApp?
It's very simple. Just send a message like "Spent 10 on coffee" and our AI identifies the amount and category. We don't need access to your private messages, only those you send directly to Chanchito's number.
Is it safe to share my finances?
Security is our priority. We don't store bank information or passwords. We only record the amounts and categories you indicate to help you see your summaries.
What happens if I move countries?
Chanchito works in several Latin American countries and now in the USA. You can change your country from the menu selector to see the local currency and corresponding plans.
Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want?
Of course! We don't have mandatory contracts. You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your profile and you will continue to have access until your paid period ends.
Do I need to install an application?
Chanchito App works as a web application (you can add it to your home screen) and primarily through WhatsApp. This means we don't take up extra space on your phone and we're always available where you already chat.
